Very good surroundings with beautiful well maintained bungalows around. Five minutes walk to nearby school. The cul de sac location gives privacy and safety for kids who wish to bicycle outside the property. The nearby beach(with public shower facilities and lighted with stadium lights at night, ) is just a 10 minute walk away. My kids have made sandcastles at night.
